UX Designs
Lululemon Ad
In this project I wanted the simplicity to catch the viewer's eye; very little information is presented at first, especially considering most viewers tap rapidly to skip through ads- my technique is making them have a reason to come back. Though only little information is seen at first, the text at the bottom requires a little more attention, so when the ad is "skipped through", it will be eye catching, and result in more interaction.
These are the tools I used in order to plan out my steps and customer base for the following Starbucks App project. Here you can see a full persona to depict the customer or user base of my goal and a simple task flow, as my goal is symplifying the process, as well as a user flow, to use as a blueprint structure for the way my app will function.
Project Planning
The Starbucks App
This project was one of my very firsts. As a Starbucks lover, I always find ordering ahead on their app not convenient enough; I decided to give it a bit of a makeover in hopes to speed up the process and get right to the point.
Apps of Proficiency
Adobe XD
The first tool I was introduced to and the one that brought my interest in UX design! Using this platform I learned the works of and how to create prototypes for apps with realistic flows.
Figma
Figma was a step up from Adobe XD; it is a more complex platform that offers more design abilities of prototyping. It is also where I learned planning out projects using personas, user flows, and task flows.
Adobe Stock
A platform offering high quality licensed pictures for use in projects. I learned it is very important to use high pixelated images for better looking, professional quality projects.
Adobe Express
Using Adobe Express I was able to create an easier, more user friendly access path to my projects and even my website as a whole; by using QR codes!
